Community Group/Club Application Form

Australian Events are offering a number of sites to local clubs and groups across Australia for their Expos. If you’re involved in a local 4×4, vehicle, fishing, boating, sporting or recreational club and would like to be involved in our events, then we encourage you to apply today.

Accepted clubs and groups will be required to promote their involvement in the event via the club’s newsletter and social media channels. A simple acquittal form will be supplied and must be completed and submitted after the event which clearly show the above promotions have been completed.

All clubs and groups accepted must provide a copy of their public liability insurance, must exhibit for the duration of the event, pay a directory listing fee and follow all directions set out by event management staff and comply to the exhibitor terms and conditions.
