Two very unusual ‘Elite’ Caravans will make a guest appearance at this years Queensland Outdoor Adventure and Motoring Expo at the Toowoomba Showgrounds.
The brand new caravans were transformed and given a complete colour wrap to appear as on site homes for the teams in the very popular television series, ‘Reno Rumble’. Event organizer, Bob Carroll said it was a real coup to bring these specially prepared vans to Toowoomba.
“The television series on the WIN network was extremely popular across the Darling Downs and I’m certain that a lot of people will want to come and have a look ‘behind the scenes’ and meet the people who concepted the transformation’.
One of the other quirky products to go on show will be the new release inflatable camping tent from Extreme Marquees which takes all the guess work out of setting up your camp site. The event will showcase everything from camping gear to motoring and off road accessories right through to the very latest and most expensive motorhomes available.
There’s over sixteen thousand dollars worth of prizes to be won at the expo including a camping and outdoor adventure package from Anaconda, fishing gear at the Shimano Fishing Show, camp ovens and cook books, a North Queensland Holiday plus a whole range of expo specials and incentives to buy at the show. There’s free rides for kids, a four wheel drive test track and an ‘event train’ that will help get people around the large event site.
The Queensland Outdoor Adventure and Motoring Expo opens tomorrow at the Toowoomba Showgrounds for three huge days.
