The Townsville Caravan 4×4 and Outdoor Adventure Expo opens today at Reid Park. A massive range of everything you need for your next motoring holiday or outdoor adventure is all in the one location so you really will be ‘spoilt for choice ‘.

Event organisers are anticipating record crowds to this years event, with fine days predicted. According to Australian Events Director Bob Carroll, “The weather is absolutely perfect! We encourage all visitors to allow plenty of time to get around to see everything”.

If you are in the mood to buy a new car or 4×4 or caravan or camper trailer, or motorhome then you will have an enormous variety to look at and compare. See all the different brands and talk to the senior staff of those companies. You can compare features, colours, price, inclusions and be able to discuss upgrade and variation to design options and get the whole family involved.

If you already own a camper trailer, caravan, motorhome, boat or 4×4 then there are numerous displays of all sorts of accessories from LED Lighting to camp showers and everything in between. To add to the appeal of the event there is plenty of entertainment, demonstrations and activities for all ages and all interests. Television personality Scott Hiller will be there with special cooking demonstrations, local fishing tips and talk fishing with Mossy at the Shimano Fishing Show! A special ARB Traction Track will be set up so that you can learn tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your 4×4. Camp oven cooking with Ranger Nick, and meet Luke from Luke’s Reptile Kingdom and his reptile “friends”.
