½ doz good booglys
I tablespoon butter
Brandy to taste
2 garlic
2 chillies to taste

Dress crays. Heat butter in pan. Add crays and brandy. Burn off alcohol. Add garlic and chilly to taste. Cook til red, serve as on tray. Or add cream bring to boil, let cool and pour over steak or fish.
