Friday, 15 May launches a big three-day “long-weekend” of Expo magic at the spacious Cairns Showgrounds.
Queensland company Australian Events is bringing the Cairns Home Show and Caravan, Camping and Boating Expo to town and a capacity audience is anticipated.
The Expo will feature over 150 exhibitors from far and wide with everything imaginable for the home and for those who love the great outdoors.
Home improvements, household items, the latest gadgets, caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, caravan and camping accessories, boats, kayaks and fishing gear. It will all be there.
Director Corporate Development Greg Johnson said, “We love bringing this event to Cairns because the reception we receive is truly unbelievable. It’s one of our larger shows and I estimate that 15,000 people will attend.
“As well as 150 exhibitors the Expo will feature free infotainment and entertainment including fishing and cooking demonstrations, free rides for children, an Expo shuttle and thousands of dollars in great prizes.
“The great thing about bringing these Expos to regional Queensland is that it gives local businesses the opportunity to demonstrate to shoppers that they can match it with the best in the market. Gates open at 9.00am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday 15-17 May and close at 5.00pm except for Sunday when close is at 4.00pm.
