The 2017 Cleveland Caravan, Camping, Boating & 4×4 Expo has once again made its mark in the Brisbane region for the third consecutive year, bringing with it perfect weather, an impressive array of outdoor adventure products and huge crowds!
Councillor Deputy Mayor, Wendy Boglary officially opened the event on Friday, 22nd September alongside Australian Events Director, Bob Carroll, at the Cleveland Showgrounds in front of a large crowd of eagerly waiting visitors.
Over the 3 action packed days, well over 16,000 patrons visited the Cleveland Showgrounds to find all the latest and greatest gear needed for getting outdoors and enjoying the hot summer ahead! Loads of exciting new caravans, camper trailers, motorhomes, boats, jetskis, camping accessories, new vehicles, 4×4 accessories and so much more expanded across the showgrounds, proving the expo to be an important part in the events calendar for the region.
In support of the huge demand for 4×4 products, the team from Australian Offroad Academy built a massive 4×4 Demo Track, showcasing how to control vehicles on different terrains. The Berkley Supertank Fishing Show and Ranger Nick with camp oven cooking demos presented daily, along with the 2017 Queensland Bream Open weigh-ins, providing extra entertainment and education for the entire family.
A huge thank you from the Australian Events team to all involved and all who visited the 2017 Cleveland Expo. Be sure to stay tuned for the event to return in 2018. Join the email newsletter online at www.clevelandexpo.com.au so you don’t miss any exciting updates!
