The Moreton Bay Caravan, Camping, Boating & 4X4 Expo has been announced as a finalist in the prestigious 2016 Exhibition and Events Association of Australasia Awards for Excellence.
The annual event held at the Redcliffe Showgrounds in February has been recognised for it’s nomination into the Best Consumer Show over 10,000m2.
This event was established by Australian Events in 2015, quickly gaining momentum and popularity among visitors and exhibitors alike. The event has exceeded all expectations in growth and popularity, attracting record crowds for an event of it’s kind held outside a capital city.
An extensive application process took numerous weeks to complete by Australian Events Business Manager Lorna Collins. Mrs Collins admitted to being extremely excited about the recognition the event has received and stated that “All the staff at Australian Events are ecstatic about the announcement. The Moreton Bay event will compete for the top prize alongside other well established major national events that include the Royal Melbourne Show, Oz-Comic-Con Melbourne and PAX Australia.
The category winners will be announced at the International Convention Centre in Sydney on the 30th November 2016.
The 2017 Moreton Bay Caravan, Camping, Boating & 4X4 Expo will be held from 17 to 19 February 2017 at the Redcliffe Showgrounds.
