1kg pork
Hand full of beans
1 carrot
1 onion
¼ capsicum
1 cup honey
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup rice
2 cups water
3 table spoons cornflour

Finely chop onions, cube the pork and sere in large ECOPOT.  Add cut up carrot, beans and capsicum. Mix honey and cider vinegar and add to ECOPOT. Place rice and hot water into small ecopot and boil for 1-2 minutes, place on top of large ECOPOT and let simmer for 20 minutes. Cook time 2 hours, ready to eat any time in within 8 hours.
