½ tablespoons butter
½ onion
½ cup milk
1 tin or handful mixed veges
4 mushrooms
Cheese to cover top/ handful
Cornies to cover top/ handful
¼ cup SR flour
Beat eggs with milk. Mix in flour. Add onion, veg and tuna/ cooked chicken/ bacon. Heat oven and melt butter. Pour mix into oven. Lay mushys, add cheese and cornies to top.
Cook for ¾ to 1 hr.
