1kg mince
1 onion
1 carrot
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
Bottle of v8 juice
2 table spoons tomato sauce
2 table spoons BBQ sauce
3 table spoons corn flour
1 cup pasta
Hand full beans
4 mushrooms

To a large mixing bowl add mince, finely cut onion, grated carrot, minced garlic, 2 eggs (broken), tomato and BBQ sauce, mix together thoroughly. Pour bottle of V8 juice into large ECOPOT and bring to the boil. Roll ingredients from mixing bowl into bite sized balls and add to large ECOPOT toss in beans and cut mushy’s. bring to boil and allow simmer for 20 minutes. Place in small ECOPOT 1 cup of pasta and 2 cups of hot water, bring to boil and add to top of large ECOPOT approximately 5 minutes before end of simmer time. Place in ECOPOT insulater, cook time 2 hours, ready to anytime in the next 8 hours.
