1kg beef (cheaper cuts are often the best)
3 strips of bacon
1 onion
1 carrot
¼ pumpkin
1 hand full of beans
1 good sized spud
½ sweet potato
3 table spoons gravox

Dice beef bacon and onion sere in large ECOPOT. Hack up all other vege’s and toss them in, add water level with top of food and stir in gravox. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 20 minutes, place in ECOPOT insulator. Cook time 2 hours, ready to eat anytime in the next 8 hours.
