1kg Corned Silverside
1 Potato sized lump of sweet potato
½ Cup Honey
½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic
1 Table Spoon Mustard
Mixed Herbs to your taste
Chuck silverside in the bottom of the large ECOPOT. Add vinegar, honey and all other ingredient’s to the brew, then cover the meat with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min.
Transfer to ECOPOT insulator and close lid, allow 3hrs cooking time.
