The new year always provides an opportunity for businesses to reflect and plan ahead with new vigour and energy. It’s a time to set goals, define roles and directions and to assess marketing and sales opportunities.

One thing we all learnt throughout 2020 was the need to adapt to changing circumstances. The issues we faced last year may have subsided to a degree, but the lessons learnt will undoubtedly shape all our future plans.

Australian Events have set our goals, in 2021 we will deliver a better event experience for patrons and exhibitors alike. We have already started operating under new business hours, but as we progress through the new year we will be making a few more changes, including building on our COVID Safe Event plans, improving our ticketing options, offering multi-day passes for patrons, updating our websites to include exhibitor directories, and upgrading technology available to our staff, just to name a few.

One thing we understand after more than 30 years of eventing is that events work for business. It gives us great pleasure to see our customers succeed in our events. It’s what we do and what we will continue to do and improve on in 2021.
