Win 1 of 3 Scooters from Oz Scooters Direct

Terms and Conditions of entry are as follows:

1. The Provider of the Prize is Oz Scooters Direct. There are three prizes in total which consists of a three Motor Scooter. The value of individual Scooters are are $1800.00 each. 

2. Prize winners will be responsible for all on road costs such as registration and insurance. 

3. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash or in any other way.

4. Winners of the prize must make arrangements directly with the provider of the prize, Oz Scooters Direct for delivery of the prize.

5. Entry coupons are published in the Toowoomba Chronicle. Employees of APN News and Media Limited, and employees of the Toowoomba Chronicle and their agents are not eligible to enter the competition.

6. Entry to the competition is free. Entries must be on an original coupon which can only be found in the Toowoomba Chronicle, or on Event Entry Maps. Entry coupons are not eligible if they have been photocopied or reproduced.

7. Entry coupons are to be completed in full and taken to the Oz Scooters Direct stand at the 2008 Toowoomba Spring Home Show, 17th to 19th October 2008, Toowoomba Showgrounds.

8. The competition will close at 3.00pm sharp on Sunday the 19th October 2008.

9. The winning coupons will be drawn at random from the entry barrel at 4.30pm on Friday 17th October, 4.30pm Saturday 18th October and 3.30pm Sunday 19th October 2008. The draw will be witnessed by Australian Events and Oz Scooters Direct staff and invited members of the public in attendance at the event. The winner will be notified by phone.

10. If anyone is unsure about any aspect of this competition or if they are unsure about any of the terms and conditions they are invited to ring the organiser on 1800 671 588. Full details on the event (how to get there etc) can be found at www.australianevents.com.au.

12. The organiser of this competition reserves the right to modify or change the competition terms without notice.

2. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or in any other way.

3. Winners of the prize must make arrangements directly with the provider of the prize, Electrical Sensations for delivery of the prize.

5. Entry coupons are published in the Highfields Herald and the Crows Nest Advertiser. Employees of  the Crows Nest Advertiser and Highfields Herald and their agents are not eligible to enter the competition.

6. Entry to the competition is free. Entries must be on an original coupon which can only be found in the Highfields Herald and the Crows Nest Advertiser, or by asking at the Electrical Sensations Stand at the 2008 Toowoomba Spring Home Show. Entry coupons are not eligible if they have been photocopied or reproduced.

1. The Provider of the Prize is Novotel Twin Waters Resort. There is one prize in total which consists of 5 nights accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children at Novotel Twin Waters Resort, Sunshine Coast. The value of the prize is $3000.00. 

2. Accommodation to be taken before 30th September 2009. Reservation subject to availability, excluding School and Public Holidays, and all reservations to be made well in advance.

3. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or in any other way.
