An explanation of the different techniques involved in making the cake and the recipe for it plus lots of unusual bushfoods to look at, taste and learn about – entertaining, educational and amusing.

Don Costa, one of Victoria's leading entertainers, is now based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, where he has received a very warm welcome, performing at most major venues and festivals, but still leaves time on his calender to tour Australia wide.
