Welcome to the 2009 Mackay Living Expo Website. The 2009 event will take place from Friday 27th March to Sunday 29th March at the Mackay Showgrounds. Exhibitor bookings are now being accepted for the 2009 Event. Australian Events have received a very strong response to the launch of the event, with over 75% of sites allocated within the first three weeks. Exhibitors wishing to book sites for the 2009 event are encouraged to contact Australian events immediately. Sites are now being booked on a first in first served basis.

 A shearer from Queensland who hung up his apron to travel the country showing people how to cook will be one of the attractions at this years 2009 Mackay Living Expo.
Now classed as a ‘celebrity bush cook’, Frank ‘Tommo’ Thompson will be cooking up some tasty treats as he tells bush yarns and makes fun of politicians in three fun packed presentations daily at the Show. COOKING TIMES - Friday: 11.30 am and 1.30pm. Saturday: 10am, 12noon and 2pm. Sunday: 10am, 12 noon and 2pm. |
