Catch Paul Burt at the Expo!

You don’t want to miss the daily presentations from Channel 7’s popular weather presenter, Paul Burt, at the 2015 Cleveland Caravan, Camping, Boating and 4×4 Expo!!

“Burty” will be showing you what to do when you land that big fish, how to fillet, prepare and then cook up your catch, all on the magnificent Siemens Cooking Stage. Below are the times you can catch Paul Burt at the Expo!

10.30am – Local tourism presentation
11.30am – Cutting and filleting a large fish with Paul Burt. How to clean and prepare. How to store and refrigerate. Different cuts and marinades etc.
12.30am – On the Siemens Cooking Stage Paul Burt will cook up a storm with his already prepared catch.
1.30pm – Local fishing specialist, Shane Roberts combines with Paul Burt to talk about fishing locally on the Bay and off shore.
2.30pm – Peter Stanley from Mossops with “Successfully Fishing Moreton Bay”. Paul Burt will work with Peter showing rigging and other tricks to help catch more fish more often. Everything from bream fishing on the flats around Coochy to spinning on stick baits in the shipping channels. Prizes to win and Q and A time.
3.00pm – Meet and greet Paul Burt on Burty’s pride and joy, his current off shore fishing boat will be on site . Paul will talk about electronics and how he sets his boat up for a day out fishing and what he finds works for him. Q and A and tour of the boat on site.
(FRIDAY ONLY) – Paul Burt to do a live News cross with channel SEVEN Brisbane and their Early News team at 4pm. Come and see how the real pros work and how the News is beamed out to hundreds of thousands of homes across the state from ‘on location’ spots like this event.
