1 onion
Handful beans
6 mushy’s
Tin mushy’s in butter sauce
½ table spoon beef stock
¼ capsicum
600ml cream
3 table spoons cornflour
1 cup rice
2 cups water

Dice beef onion, beans and mushy’s, cut capsicum into slithers. Sere onions and beef in large ECOPOT add capsicum, mushy’s, beans, tin of mushy’s in butter sauce and cornflour. Bring to boil and let simmer for 20 minutes. Place rice in small ECOPOT add hot water boil for 1-2 minutes place in top of large ECOPOT for duration of cook time. Cook time 2 hours, enjoy any time in the next 8 hours.
